Alex G. Kuchumov is a professor of Perm National Research Polytechnic University. Alex G. Kuchumov is a head of Biofluids laboratory.He received his B.S. in Biomedical Engineering in 2006 and his M.S. in 2008 from Perm National Research Polytechnic University, followed by a PhD from Saratov State University in 2009. Dr. Alex G. Kuchumov became in 2018 associate professor. In 2021 he defended a habilitation thesis in Saratov State University to promote to professor. He is the editor-in-chief of Russian Journal of Biomechanics. The Journal is indexed by Scopus, CNKI, Google Scholar, EBSCO, Ulrich’s Periodicals Directory. Moreover, Professor Alex G. Kuchumov is holding All-Russian on-line seminar on biomechanics. Prof. Kuchumov has played a key role in promoting biomedical research and education by writing and editing several books, editing several special issues and giving more than dozen keynote, plenary and invited talks at international conferences, symposiums and workshops regarding emerging technologies in biomedical engineering.
