Registration
The ICARAE2025 is only accepting paper submissions (not abstracts) that are original and not under consideration for publication somewhere. The accepted papers (after a rigorous peer-review process) will only be included in the publishing journals upon receipt of the registration fee payment and the presentation of the paper at the conference. Each paper must have at least one presenter.

Visa Application Information
It is strongly recommended that you start the visa application as soon as you get the acceptance outcome of your paper. In some cases, a visa application can take a minimum of one month. You need to visit agencies in your country to apply for a visa. If you need the invitation letter for your visa application, please send us an email at icarae@unisa.ac.za.

What is covered by your registration fee?
- Your ICARAE2025 registration fee covers the following:
Welcome Dinner
Conference Bag
Presentation/Attendance certificate
Tea and lunch for the three days
Access to all conference proceedings

Accommodation
All delegates are responsible for the costs concerning the accommodation. There are numerous hotels and B&B that are available closer to the conference venue. The recommended hotels will be added here soon.

Important instructions
Please pay the registration fee only if you have received the acceptance email of your paper after the review process.
Please send the proof of payment and the manuscript ID to icarae@unisa.ac.za
The registration fee should be paid within five days after receiving the paper acceptance email.
Online Powerpoint presentation will be available for all the delegates and the links will be shared to registered delegates only.
There will be a limited number of offline paper presentations and it will be subject to approval.

Cancellation policy
The authors can be refunded 50% of the registration fee for written cancellations received by the ICARAE2025 Chair on or before October 15, 2025. The canceled paper will not be included in the publication. There will be no refund for cancellations made after October 15, 2025. A refund (if any) will be made after the conference by online transfer. Please note that the conference registration fee is for conference attendance, not a paper publication fee!
