Dr Christine Iyetunde Ofulue is a Professor of Linguistics in the Department of Languages, a distance learning expert, and Research Coordinator of the African Centre of Excellence on Technology Enhanced Learning (ACTEL) at the National Open University of Nigeria, Abuja, Nigeria. She obtained her PhD in Linguistics from Indiana University, USA (1992) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Open and Distance Learning from the Indira Gandhi Open University, India (2008)
