The ICT Portfolio encountered a data provision issue which affected some Vodacom students. The Vodacom Network Operator has confirmed that they had a technical glitch and that it was resolved this afternoon (4 November).
Vodacom is busy with the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) report to discover the root cause of the problem so as to put mitigation measures in place that will prevent similar incidents from re-occurring.
The ICT Portfolio would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.
