2025 Pre-Registration Orientation

Pre-registration orientation is a workshop which is targeting new students to introduce them to the Unisa environment. This workshop orientates new applicants on different student support departments (applications and registrations, library, finance, counselling and career services etc) and programmes (first year experience) offered by the university to support your academic journey.

  • for venues that you can visit to participate in the orientations, please click here and select the region for addresses. You will be informed when arriving at the campus, which specific venues to use. Please note that Newcastle and Makhado campuses are not available.

2025 Post-Registration Orientation

Post-registration orientation equips registered students with important information and resources required to successfully prepare and to familiarize yourself with your new home which is Unisa. The workshop takes you through different student support programmes such as first year experience and several free institutional services such career and counselling services, library information, different Unisa regions and your respective colleges.
