The 3rd National Postdoctoral Fellowship Forum will take place from 3 to 5 July 2024

The National Postdoctoral Fellowship Forum takes place from 3 to 5 July 2024 at Unisa's Muckleneuk Campus in Pretoria. The three-day programme offers fellows, postdoc office administrators, funders and service providers an opportunity to discuss concerns and suggest alternative approaches to optimise the postdoctoral research experience at South African research institutions.

Topics to be covered include the following:

• The postdoctoral fellowship programme in South Africa
• SARS ruling and stipend standardisation
• The launch of the National Postdoctoral Framework Guideline
• Industry partnerships and career development opportunities
• Postdoctoral fellow support
