Unisa is aware of the intermittent slowness of myModules and intermittent "bad gateway" errors

Our technical team is actively working with the service provider to identify, analyse, remediate and resolve this. 

The team has identified and analysed a major contributing factor related to auto assignment PDF conversion to a marking-ready format and is implementing an immediate temporary measure.

A permanent solution is being developed and will be implemented soon after.

Monitoring and analysis will continue to identify any other aspects that can be improved.
