Ms Marodi had planned to take leave for all of January 2022 (20 days), which is normally our quiet time; to reduce the excess leave that has accumulated from the 2020 circumstances. However, due to operational reasons she could not, and now sits with excess leave credit that she cannot exhaust before 30 June 2022.
