Lincoln Mali is an experienced banker, business leader, speaker, and author with over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Lincoln is currently Chief Executive Officer, Southern Africa for Lesaka Technologies Inc. Lesaka is a Nasdaq and JSE listed company focused on Fintech in the financial inclusion space in Southern Africa. Lincoln made the move to Lesaka (formally Net1 U.E.P.S. Technologies, Inc.) in 2021, following his role as Head of Group Card and Payments at Standard Bank Group.

In 2022, Lincoln published his book, Blazing a Trail: Lessons for African Leadership – proceeds of the book's sale go toward funding the work of the Lincoln Mali Leadership Foundation (a not-for-profit focusing on youth upliftment and leadership development initiatives).
