Zikazi Nduna (PhD) is a freelance academic with expansive experience as an educator, trainer, researcher, facilitator, and advocate for social justice. Dr Nduna’s research output includes 69 peer reviewed journal articles, 3 books, 4 special issue journals, 8 book chapters, and several research reports. On Google Scholar, Mzi has 7207 citations and an H-index of 32. Among others, Dr Nduna started and led the Net 10, a research group consisting of researchers from ten Southern Africa Development Community (SADC) universities who conduct research in the field of sexual and gender identity expressions (LGBTIQ). Mzi Nduna is a regular guest lecturer at the South African Judiciary Education Institute (SAJEI), the Advanced Sexual Minorities short course at the Centre for Human Rights at the University of Pretoria’s Faculty of Law and an honorary Research Fellow at the Centre for the Study of the Afterlife of Violence and the Reparative Quest (AVReQ), University of Stellenbosch. Mzi has expansive leadership experience as a non-executive director/Board member and technical advisor for various organizations.
