Purpose statement:
This Short course will be useful to students who want to develop competencies in the law aspects behind environmental management enforcement and who want to develop competencies in conducting environmental management compliance inspections and investigating suspected non-compliance and gaining experience in the practical application of the legal principles of Environmental compliance and enforcement with special emphasis on Environmental law.
