Purpose statement:
The purpose of this Executive Development Programme is to provide delegates with a mix of essential knowledge, insights and skills to participate actively through displaying deep-seated acumen in Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment with a joint focus on personal and organisational benefit.
It is aimed at equipping current and future transformation leaders to effectively transform their entities and resolve industry challenges through being transformation agents.
The programme will primarily capacitate delegates with advanced skills and knowledge in the areas of corporate governance, ownership, management control, skills development and enterprise and supplier development as well as socio economic development skills in order to effectively implement B-BBEE as responsible corporate citizens; prepare them for future responsibilities and upward mobility as part of career progression.
