UNISA’s Department of Industrial and Organisational Psychology
invites you to attend the

5th Annual Ethics Conference 2019

The Research Ethics Committee of the Department of Industrial and Organisational Psychology
is pleased to present our annual Ethics Conference.

This year’s theme is:

The Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) brings with it many challenges, yet we need to be imaginative and work towards inclusive growth, job creation and transformation to become a prosperous society. At this conference, attendees will be inspired and equipped to ensure a workplace in which employees feel secure and thrive to the benefit of their organisations and that of South Africa at large.

The Conference deliberations will focus on, amongst others:

  • Inclusive growth, job creation and transformation
  • The human side of the 4IR (neurology, genetics and biological processes in response to digital transformation)
  • The ethics of social responsibility in the 4IR

We are pleased to introduce our esteemed keynote, Prof René Pellissier from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology, and subject matter expert presenters, Prof Dirk Geldenhuys, Mrs Jenny Venter and Dr Dieter Veldsman.
