The following subsections are details of the materials, the characterization, experimental, and analysis procedures used for the study. Firstly, the chemical composition of the samples is assessed and analyzed using Energy Dispersive X-ray spectroscopy on a Zeiss Crossbeam 550 Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). Then the surface roughness is measured using Laser Confocal Microscope Zeiss LSM 900. The surface morphology and texture is analyzed using Digital Surf’s Confomap 9.0 software. Finally, the test set-up for thermal characterization is developed to characterize the TCR and other thermal characteristics.
